I personally know Alex from my daughter so I phoned them to clean up my junk. I had close to 1500 lbs. The fellas that showed up (Jacob & Jessy) were on time & very courteous. It was extremely hot out and they had my decking remnants, a very heavy steel & wood picnic table & other debris picked up & in the truck in close to 3/4 of an hour. Talk about diligence, they get my vote. Thanks guys & 505 - Junk for an exceptional job.

I called them short notice for a large amount of removal. The two gentleman that did the removal were courteous and very efficient. They had a big enough truck even for an entire office worth of furniture and the price was very competitive. From the moment I called to book the service, to getting my final invoice I was very impressed with their service. I would highly recommend them.

Just had 505-Junk leave (Burnaby), and I have much more space now. Big happy face. When I moved in, I folded up my cardboard and styrofoams, to consolidate the trip to the recycling depot, but being a major move, I kept acquiring things and waiting to get rid of the packing stuff as more seemed to always be added. Once the acquisitions settled down, I went to get rid of them, and not only had it grown bigger than the space in my car, but spiders had set up shop inside as well! Spiders are my kryptonite. And so it sat for many months. I called 505-Junk and spoke with Scott, who was totally understanding and humorous, and gave me a quote and convenient time, and I was done within a few minutes on the phone. I could figure out roughly how much it was going to cost just from their website, with no weird gotchas or confusing rules. The next day (today) Alex and a younger fellow arrived, right on time, and had everything cleared out for me, and weighed on the truck, and it went as planned. They were professional, courteous, conscientious, and fast. I can't believe the problem is resolved from a call last night! I will use their services again.

Spence Mallard and Derek were absolutely amazing. As I was at work they helped my mother by taking away all of our moving- out junk. They were here right on time and even called half an hour before arrival. They were incredibly respectful and even offered their man power with anything she may have needed around the house (moving large boxes etc). I’d highly recommend this company for junk removal and for Spencer and Derek to receive some special recognition. Thank you again!
